“Math Teacher to Math Teacher” Overview

Welcome, educators!

I am in the beginning of the third phase of my life as a professional educator, the first that does not involve daily interaction with student and fellow teachers.  I previously taught high school mathematics for twenty+ years and mentored middle school teachers as a math coach for 2+ years.

Clicking on C2PC: Content + Calculators + Pedagogy = Comprehension will show the first reason for starting this blog. These pages contain tips for teachers who are using graphing calculators with students.

In my new role, I have an opportunity to serve teachers through the development of instructional materials and the facilitation of training and in-service sessions… which brings me to a second reason for starting this blog.  It is my hope that posted questions encourage you to reflect on educational experiences.  Please click on Points to Ponder and share your teaching experiences.

Parting Thoughts
